If you use a great deal of paper and care about the quality of the paper I think that this is a reasonable purchase. It is a bright white and does not jam or mess up high-speed copiers or printers easily. The problem I have is not with the paper itself. About one in four or five orders lately it seems that a box is messed up to the point that the paper inside is damaged. Staples stands behind their product of course but it is frustrating to have to deal with this so often. Most recently (yesterday) I had four boxes delivered. One box had been destroyed at the warehouse and placed into a new (regular brown) box that was not the correct size to secure the paper. EVERY SINGLE ream was open and the pages were messed up from bumping around in the box. ON TOP OF THAT! Two reams had been loosened from the reams-wraps (apparently when the box broke) and that paper had been gathered up and tossed into the box). Of course I especially can't use that paper. The corners are dog-eared torn and periodically the paper pages are dirty. This is frustrating. I wanted to write this review before I contact Staples again about this situation. Like I said they will stand behind the paper (they always have) but what about my time and frustration and taking photos and sending them and so on! STAPLES please invest in a better box or let your warehouse workers take the time to handle things appropriately. Weak boxes require more time to handle them!
