okay paper--rebate not so much

The only reason i bought this brand and quantity of paper was because there was a particularly good rebate that made the purchase the sensible thing to do. i submitted all required information on the Staples Easy Rebate site on the day of purchase but yesterday--about 3 1/2 weeks later--received a card from Staples saying not all documentation was received and that all had to be resubmitted with that card and all paperwork via USPS mail. So much for the "Easy" rebate thing. I am now re-sending all and it remains to be seen if they are honoring the rebate or not. Geez!
