Product was GOOD - - Rebate is Trick!!

Paper was delivered as agreed but the rebate would not work with Firefox browser. So I called Staples Rebate Center and they said they manually entered the Rebate. After waiting 4 days for the rebate to post I tried to track it. NO REBATE FOUND. After spending yet another hour with the rebate center I found I was not eligible for the rebate - "possibly because it was a duplicate." As of 5 days later and two hours spent on the Rebate I have paid double what Office Depot charges for the paper and very dissatisfied. Never again!!

Staples was very helpful with my purchase and recommended I ship the box rather than have them try to carry it back on a plane. I would recommend them to everyone.

This is the second time that I order a case of the Staples Multipurpose 8 1/2 x 11 paper. I really like the quality and the convenience of quickly having the case delivered to my door rather than having to go to the store.

I love Staples and all of its products. I bought this paper for my brother who needed some new paper because I bought him a new HP printer from Staples. The paper seemed fine although I have never used it myself . If it is a Staples product then most likely it is good to go. Also I am always looking for good deals.
