This chair was very easy to assemble instructions were easy to follow and the only tool you need is included. The chair is comfortable and well built should give a long usage. The adjustment levels work smoothly and will help you to acieve the perfect seating adjustment.

arm chair pads fall apart- save receipt

Decent chair for the money... but be forewarned to save the receipt and warranty information (you will need it). As with all Staples brand name chairs with these type arm pads they are made cheaply and the arm rest pad falls apart in a relative short period of time. You will need to your receipt and information to get replacement arm pads under warranty. Mine break apart so often I keep the receipt/ manual/ and hex screw driver on my PC desk for quick and frequent access.

I read a couple of complaints about the back not staying in place you just need to learn how to work with the handles I also read about the hardness of the seat there is a knob under the seat to adjust the firmness of the seat. And yes the only thing is that the maximum height is a little low which is not a problem for me since my desk is adjustable and I am super pettit. overal pretty happy with the purchase.

I bought this chair for my 15-year old son who assembled the chair himself (albeit having to use somewhat confusing paper instructions). But the end product is a great chair especially for the reasonable price. This chair works well for his desk to do homework and also for his recreation time of playing video games (chair tilts and leans back for comfort). We have no complaints!

This is a great chair if you're petite. I'm about 5' tall and have a hard time finding chairs that fit me. In this chair my feet can rest flat on the floor. You can adjust the back tilt and height. I didn't initially want a mesh chair but this chair fits me really well and I can sit in it all day pain-free.
