Just Returned this... not well made

I just returned this chair. I had been eyeing it for a while and bought when it was on special. It looks nice and is easy to assemble. However within a few days I heard the mesh make a "popping" sound when I leaned back in the chair. I turned around to see that the mesh is stapled into the back frame and several of the staples had pulled loose. I found one staple on my shirt and two were still attached to the mesh. Although the mesh didn't break or pull free this problem is clearly going to only get worse. Based on the design of the chair I decided to return it because I don't think I got a defective one I just think that the staples are not the best way to attach the mesh to the frame. Staples customer service was very helpful in returning the chair and they are picking it up in the next day or two. Now I only wish I hadn't gotten rid of my original office chair... :-/

It is a good chair for the price. At least I hope that last better than the ones that are sold like "leather" and are not real leather.

False advertising

Unfortunately the picture with the dimensions of the chair is not correct. It says the arm width can be adjusted down to 17.7". This is not true. The narrowest the arms can get is about 19.6". This is a significant difference in a key ergonomic measurement. I will be returning this right away.

This chair arrived quickly and was pretty easy to assemble. I've never assembled a piece of furniture alone and it took me about an hour to complete this chair. So far it is very comfortable provides lumbar support and is an incredible upgrade from my last chair.
