The chair is exactly what I saw in the Staples store. Good quality controls all work and it's comfortable. But not the best comfortable chair with ergonomic.

I bought this chair online based on the reviews. I should have tried it in store first. Easy to assemble. Used it for a week and started having body aches. I adjusted all the settings but still it didnt work. Ended up returning it. If you are in front of the computer for over 5/6 hours daily this is not the one for you. I replaced it with an average gaming chair which was alot more comfortable than this one. Dont go with the reviews but try it first before you purchase.

This chair is a good desk chair. I am 5'5'' and it is the perfect height for me at my desk. There are 3 ways to adjust and all work well. It was very easy to assemble - parts were labeled very well and it was not difficult to do. The only bad thing is that the seat is hard and there is no 'give'. Not a deal breaker but if you want a cushy seat this is not that. Would definitely buy again.

This is a really good buy. It’s very comfortable and provides excellent back/lumbar support. The mesh back is supportive and breathable. The fabric seat is quite squishy and supportive as well. The arm rests are molded and really do a nice job cradling the arms as you type. One star was removed for the slightly rickety feel of the chair back. It wiggles a tiny bit. Also the coasters do not roll smoothly.

I would not recommend this chair to a tall person the seat maximum height still feels low if you are tall and if you would like your legs to relax as much as possible.

I bought this chair hoping it would be a good fit for a short (5'1) person like me. The seat depth is great for someone of my size allowing my knees to bend and feet to touch the floor properly. However that's about the only good thing I can say about this chair. The back rest wobbles from side to side which is distracting uncomfortable and makes proper posture impossible. Also the seat cushion looks thick but compresses down to almost nothing once you sit on it. I can sit on this chair for 20 minutes max until my butt starts to go numb. This chair is NOT worth the money.
