I love this chair. I'm 5'0' and I've gone through 5 chairs since COVID/WFH started in March and I couldn't find anything that truly fit me. After reading a ton of reviews I found this chair which stated it was for a shorter human like me so I got it and it's so great. The seat is smaller a lot of chairs I tried felt like I was sitting in a boat. The back is SUPER supportive it's got a nice mesh back and a lumbar support piece that makes my back feel ilke a dream. It adjusts easily and was very easy to put together. Five stars!

I feel the seat bottom cushion is minimal even when new. The are rests are too high for me at its lowest level. Not sure how long before I need to purchase a cushion to put over it. Good value for the money but expected more given the thousands of reviews.
