poor workmanship

Poor workmansip: the mesh material in the chair back began to come out within days of first use. The material began to pull free from the edges revealing large unsecured staples which fell to the floor. I am going to try returning just the defective part to the store and see if they will give me a new back. Hopefully the next one is properly manufactured.
