Setup of this chair isn't too onerous but the connection of the seat back was a bit tricky. The ergo controls are adequate but sometimes the settings drift and require resetting. The seat and back are comfy enough for a full shift no problem. The back does like to go off-center sometimes but I think that's down to the iffy connection and weirdly-worded instructions. The arm rests are comfortable and independently adjustable but strike me as a bit high for average-height people who aren't sitting ramrod-straight at all times.All together it's a solid 5/10. Nothing too great but no deal-breakers at the price.

I purchased this chair for my work desk. I sit for at least 7 to 8 hours a day. I have to say ordering was a breeze delivery was fast. When the chair came I put it together myself it took about 10 minutes very easy. You can adjust the height of the chair the tilt of the seat and the back of the chair. This chair has a extra support cushion for the small of your back which I find very comfortable and gives my back great support. The seat cushion is firm yet not too hard. You can adjust the arm rests up and down which is also a nice feature.No need to spend $500.00 or more on a chair this one is fabulous. I would highly recommend this chair.

Overall the best desk chair I've ever sat in. The best lumbar support the chair is sturdy great arm rests. Not much range in the height adjustment & while the back is quite adjustable the seat itself is stuck in a slightly forward tilted position won't adjust at all.
