Cannot adjust the seat back height very basic chair adjustments are complicated and knobs are very tight to adjust.

Chair was easily assembled with no missing parts and easy to follow instructions. Adjustable height of arms good for people with carpal tunnel. The back is slightly wobbly but within tolerance.

Seat padding a little too thin could use more. Other than that I have no complaints. Goes together in about 15 minutes (takes longer to unbox all the cardboard/bags than to put together). Good straightforward instructions with the screws both color coded and in lettered pockets that match the instructions.
