Its ok

This chair is easy to assemble and has several levers to adjust the chair's back tilt seat tilt and one other lever I am not able to figure out just yet. Decided to give to my parents. It is not the most comfortable back support. The back can be adjusted but it is not easy to get it to stay in place. I was expecting a more comfortable chair for the price.

Have only had the chair for a few days so reserved judging it at a 5 but for the sale price it appears to be a heavy well built chair and relatively comfortable. Only time will tell whether it's going to be durable over the long haul.

Comfortable enough a little low wish it went up higher and the back moved closer to the chair seat. I am 5'7" and had to get a 2 inch foam seat cushion. I might remove the arms as they are annoying but my other chair that I had for 15 years didn't have arms so maybe I just have to get used to them. Pretty easy to assemble. Seems like it would be better for a larger person.

Picked up my chair on Thursday and assembled it. Best chair I have had in years. Has all the adjustments you could ever want or need. Excellent value compared to similar more expensive chairs. Staples continues to have quality and value over other stores.

GREAT CHAIR FOR LONG HOURS AT THE COMPUTER. Delivered in one day directly to my office. Easy to assemble and love all the different controls you have for adjustments. I had to use two different pillows for good support before and now I can sit without support pillows!! Highly recommend this chair.

Easy to assemble lots of adjustment features

The only thing that stopped me giving this a 5 star rating is that the seat slopes a little from back to the front giving me a feeling of being angled forward. I've looked at the literature and there is no way to adjust it it so I think it's simply a design flaw. The quality of the materials is good it was very easy to assemble and it adjusts three ways. The back is comfortable with good support.
