Cheaply made. Don’t trust furniture put together with just an Allen wrench. Gets the job done for its purpose and too much effort to dissemble and return so we are keeping it.

It's nice to have a chair that's easy to assemble simple to adjust to specific needs and is comfortable to use. We've only had it for a month but it is doing its job nicely.

A very comfortable office chair with ample back support

I was in need of a more comfortable office chair as I have started experiencing lower back pain from sitting in a folding chair all day. This mesh chair fits the bill. The instructions were clear and simple. I was able to assemble it all by myself (although I could see how an extra pair of hands may make it easier). I have had the chair for several weeks now so far so good and my back no longer hurts. The only issues I had were that: 1) The caster wheels have really tight fit. I had to wrestle all of them in one-by-one. 2) the instructions stated that I would be able to tilt the seat cushion but I think that's for a different model. 3) I noticed some fraying in the mesh in the back of the chair. Not entirely sure whether that was due to shipping or whether it's just how the chair was made. It hasn't given in yet so I will just keep the chair under close observation.

I just purchased this chair and I am more than pleased. It was available for pick-up and was very easy to assemble. All I can say is I should have gotten this chair 1st now that I am working from home......cheap is not the way to go. From now on I will be looking to Staples 1st for my office needs!

Awsome chair idea but nothing but problems!

I puchased this chair a year ago had to call in within 2 weeks as the chair started tilting left. The base was bad. Now a 6 months later the base is no longer able to hold the back of the char will not hold. I am calling again as the base seems to be broke again.
