Ordered this for my Boss in May. It's already defective less than 3 months later after normal use. These kind of chairs should last much longer. When you sit in the chair it adjust all the way down by itself which is frustrating when you are working at your desk.

Chair was easy to assemble ~ about 20 minutes. Very comfortable. Great feature is the 3 lift-n-lock levers to adjust for one's comfort level. Breathable mesh back offers wonderful support. A win-win all around.

Best chair available for a short person!

Searched everywhere for an office chair for a friend. Everyone has office chairs for "big and tall" people but this is the ONLY one suited for a short person. EVERYTHING is adjustable including the arms. Easy assembly! Didn't like that it was imported from China and hope it lasts.

Easy assembly comfortable to sit in for several hours adjustable height pitch back arms similar to more expensive chairs. Good overall chair. Four stars because it is not attractive but I knew what it looked like before I bought it. I've had it 4 months use in a home office 7 to 8 hours daily.

Looks Good But Feels Terrible

If you spend a few hours in the chair working on a computer you'd feel like you've spent that time sitting on a stone bench. Every part of the chair is VERY HARD. It is especially surprising when you use high tech materials. I'd recommend you to hire designers having better idea of a human body. I'd force them to spend in the chair they designed at least a couple of hours puting them in the customers shoes.
