I recently purchased an ergonomic chair. Due to having a compact car i did not know how would bring a huge box to my house. I decided to do delivery service they delivered the product in less than 24 hours and the delivery guy was so kind to carry the box and place it were i wanted. Chair is everything the description says. Anyone with lower back problems... this is the chair!!

Went together easily I especially appreciated how the bolts were labeled in correspondence with the step they were used in. Seems heavy-duty enough casters roll well. Comfortable good adjustments available. We took the arms off so that it will scoot under the dest and so that they aren't in the way. My biggest complaint so far is that the tallest setting isn't very tall (and yes I put it all the way down and then all the way up I know it is on the highest setting). I'm only 5'6" but I feel like my knees are too bent. At the tallest it is still a good 2" shorter than the chair we are replacing. I don't have a tape measure here or I would see if it is the full 19.7" that the specs say. I would like to replace the piston and will be looking into that rather than going to the bother of returning the chair.
