Very easy to assemble (less than 15 minutes). Nice quality. The back of the chair does wiggle a bit and I shoved a piece of cardboard in an opening which has helped with that issue. Other than that perfect for what I needed in the pics range I was looking for.

I have had this chair for about a month now and the reason I bought the chair was because our previous desk chair (another brand) had gone bad because the hydraulics were no longer holding the chair seat in the up position. This Staples chair has a locking mechanism so we should not have any problem like before for years to come. It is adjustable to the point where we can find a comfortable and ergonomic position easily. I am very satisfied with this purchase. I want to add that putting it together out of the box was an easy 45-minute job. The instructions "bragged" that it would be easy and they were correct!!

This chair has four easy adjustment levers and knobs to make it fit just exactly right. I didn't want the arm rests so I just did not install them and that's not a problem for the rest of the chair.
