The chair looked great in the store. Little did I realize how heavy it was in a box of many pieces. Took almost 20 minutes to maneuver the box inside the house. Had to completely unpack to carry each piece individually upstairs. And the pieces still remain on the floor assembled. Am sorry I did not return it when it was still on the front porch.

Seat cushion.. worse than your average chair.

The cushion on the seat is close to abysmal. It is ashame because other than that every single other feature of the chair is spot on. To add more details to the issue after two hours of use you will notice cushion it is totally flat i think that will be a problem even for a lightweight person. Some of us need to be seat and work 8 hours not recommended for that kind of use.
