Spent years looking for a replacement for a beloved chair and this is it. Was very easy to put together and has lots of individual adjustments. Has a slightly smaller footprint than my former chair without itself being smaller so I can get closer to my desk. The lumbar adjustment is great for keeping me sitting upright. Arms adjust up and down to keep my arms parallel with the key board so that is great. Seat is very comfortable. After trying and rejecting many chair over the last couple of years I am very pleased with this chair. It is very well built and should last for many years.

I spent hours researching the right chair for WFH. Because I'm "short" (5'5") in office equipment terms I needed to find one with a low enough seat height for my feet to be flat on the floor. This is honestly the only one I could find that wasn't insanely expensive. It's comfortable adjustable and easy to set up. Worth it.

We had this chair for 5 days before it started to come apart. The mesh on the back was detaching from the back frame and you could see the staples that were trying to hold it in place. I would not recommend getting this chair even at the discounted price I bought it for. We are returning both chairs that we purchased.

Purchased for Staff experiencing back pain. AND with this chair - work is a pleasure! We purchased a total of (6) six chairs due to the rave reviews from our Staff - and they were on SALE!! ONLY downfall was the multiple levers were not easy to maneauver. But once figured out & the minimal frustration the difference in comfort level was worth..
