The chair does not have much padding in seat and is rather hard. Makes a long day. After I put it together which was not difficult with my own ratchet. The tiny tool supplied would have worked but would have taken considerably more time to complete. When I first sat in it I was extremely disappointed because I specifically purchased this chair to replace one that had a comfortable seat but not any tilt adjustment and non adjustable arm rests. With a bad back and neck that other chair was too uncomfortable. I was disappointed in the new chair because the tilt adjustment did not work. After working with it for a a considerable amount of time and figuring out how it was supposed to work I discovered that the pre-installed bolt holding the tilt adjustment spring was too tight to allow the tilt lever to release. So after making that repair and the seat is rather hard this chair is the better of two evils. I don’t want to purchase another chair with something else wrong with it

chair is as described but does not sit as previous models. Casters are useless on plus carpeting. Chair seems heavier. it would be nice if controls were described better in instructions.

I spent hours researching the right chair for WFH. Because I'm "short" (5'5") in office equipment terms I needed to find one with a low enough seat height for my feet to be flat on the floor. This is honestly the only one I could find that wasn't insanely expensive. It's comfortable adjustable and easy to set up. Worth it.

It's completely adjustable to your personal liking. I sit for longer periods and it is very comfortable. The armrests are a huge plus! I highly recommend it for this affordable price! Two thumbs up!

This is the second desk/computer chair I've purchased from Staples. The first was in faux leather. I will never purchase another faux leather chair from Staples as the "leather" never stood up to normal wear and tear. It just disintegrated. I've only the new chair a few days but it appears to be a cut or two above the first. Easier to assemble. Lighter in weight. Easy to adjust. Good support so far. Not in use long enough to see how the seat and mesh back hold up. So far I like it.
