I hope that whoever designed the assembly system got a raise for it. The provided allen wrench fit for everything and the screws for each step were in separate labeled compartments of a bag so there was no guessing as to which ones were needed where. Everything went together easily and securely and I didn't swear once.

Its comfortable to sit in for extended periods and the adjustable arms do everything you want with the exception of getting out of the way. But im used lower quality chairs that have flip up arm rests
