Assembly instructions were very clear and putting chair together was a snap. The triple-lever adjustments make the chair very comfortable. Because of my desk's configuration I left the arm rests off.

Chair has a comfortable cushioned seat. The back rest and lower back rest is comfortable. I'm not super mechanical and was able to assemble this chair myself in a little over 30 minutes using a YouTube step by step video.

Not Comfortable Build Quality Issues

I'm incredibly surprised at all of the 5 star reviews because this chair is nothing near as comfortable/supportive as reflected. Firstly after putting the chair together the back/arms wobble. It's a flaw in the design as I installed/tightened everything correctly. I find myself almost constantly shifting in the chair during my workday. The seat is mesh and felt decent at first but over time the middle of the seat becomes very compressed and it feels too hard. Now after a few months of use it's unbearably squeaky as well.

I have been torturing myself for years sitting on a hardwood chair. I had previously purchased this model for a few office spaces at my old not for profit job - I saved my points up waited and waited and picked up two of these at a great price. I was looking and knew that this was a practical chair - I converted/negated the arms on one of the others and used it as a utility chair. This one is a little creaky but I wedged a piece of cardboard in the back and it’s totally fine. I would recommend it to folks not sitting for a million hours a day for sure.
