My only real complaint is that it does not roll well on carpet.

This is a great chair!! Very comfortable. I like how far it will tilt back. The wheels sometimes get stuck and do not want to swivel when I am rolling around in it. My office is small enough that I do not necessarily have to get out of the chair if I need to get something and I have noticed that one or two of the wheels will not turn and swivel like the others do when I am turning or changing directions. But that could be an issue with my floor and not the chair too. Either way it is not enough to not give the chair high ratings...it is awesome!!

I love everything about this chair. I chose it because of the fabric seat. All of my other office chairs have the mesh seat. I need the padding. Great angle adjustments.

The seat is firm but comfortable. The back is adjustable. Overall a good desk chair.

I went to Staples and sat on every chair in the store to find the most comfortable one to get my husband as a gift. I decided this one was the best one. He liked it. When I decided I needed a new work chair since I'm now working from home I asked my husband if I should take his chair and he could get a different one. He said he liked it so I decided to just get the same chair. It was easy to assemble by myself and I can adjust the height and tilt fairly easily.

Great service receiving it from Staples. Easy to assemble. Very comfortable and ergonomic. I am using it for playing guitar so the arms were not put on the chair.
