I ordered 3 for my office and only 1 employee out of the 3 kept the chair. Two said that after sitting in the chair for an hour they could feel the center support and it was quite uncomfortable! They really liked the lumbar support and were disappointed that the seat did not have better cushion. The third employee continues to use the chair and has not complained about the seat however she does abide by the up every hour to stretch rule!

A good supportive choice; the mesh back is very nice and the seat is good. The arms are at a good hight. The seat won't go high enough for me but I'm 6'4" so maybe only a problem for tall people.

Maybe I got a bad one

I saw all of the great reviews and even went and sat in the chair in store before I purchased. Assembly did not take too long and I was excited to begin using my new chair. Well its only been 2 days and I already can not stand it. The back of the chair goes ALL the way back with even the slightest amount of pressure. There is a control for this that is supposed to lock it into place however it does not work at all. Perhaps I got a defective chair????
