I like everything about this chair except that the back does not raise or lower to adjust to the height of the owner. It slides up and down but cannot be set to a specific height temporarily or permanently. In general the chair offers good value. Wish it was made in USA however.

I love everything about this chair. I chose it because of the fabric seat. All of my other office chairs have the mesh seat. I need the padding. Great angle adjustments.

I went to Staples and sat on every chair in the store to find the most comfortable one to get my husband as a gift. I decided this one was the best one. He liked it. When I decided I needed a new work chair since I'm now working from home I asked my husband if I should take his chair and he could get a different one. He said he liked it so I decided to just get the same chair. It was easy to assemble by myself and I can adjust the height and tilt fairly easily.

I purchased two other chairs before this one and neither provided the all day comfort and support that this one does. Being a shorter person finding an ergonomic solution is always challenging but this it it! It’s been about a week and no more back or neck aches.
