I’m 5’3” and have had a LOT of trouble finding a chair that will meet my needs. This chair is fabulous! The seat will lower more than most and my feel can actually reach the ground. The depth of the seat is shallow enough for my back to rest comfortably while my legs bend at a 90 degree angle. The armrests can also be adjusted to be less wide! This is a game changer for me.

Purchased in August in January the piston started lowering on its own. Rather disappointed about it that it lasted less than 6 months.

Chair is pretty comfortable but not if you will be sitting in it for long periods of time. I like that you can adjust the height of the arms and height of the back to you liking. The arms have a curve in the middle of the arms and have some softness to it. The store assembled it for me at my request for a small fee which was nice. I only gave it 4 stars as the seat could be more soft but works for me as I don't sit for log periods of time in it.

This is a great chair!! Very comfortable. I like how far it will tilt back. The wheels sometimes get stuck and do not want to swivel when I am rolling around in it. My office is small enough that I do not necessarily have to get out of the chair if I need to get something and I have noticed that one or two of the wheels will not turn and swivel like the others do when I am turning or changing directions. But that could be an issue with my floor and not the chair too. Either way it is not enough to not give the chair high ratings...it is awesome!!
