The chair was delivered next day at no extra charge and was on a great sale. Easy to assemble and very comfortable. The whole process of ordering on line was quick and simple. I will definitely order from Staples again.

Large black knob in the back (not described in the instructions) was cross threaded in the hole - now useless...whatever it was.

This is the perfect chair it is adjustable and very comfortable. Great size for an home office. The back support is great. I like the Lumbar. Great chair at a great price.
