Height cartridge lost pressure and seat slowly descendes. Occurred 3 weeks after purchase. Awaiting replacement cartridge and took multiple calls to get that done.

This is the best computer chair I have purchased. The previous chairs did not roll well and were unstable. I tried this out at the store and loved the comfort immediately. It was easy to assemble and I am very grateful for the construction and support. After deciding that I really liked the chair the next thing was that it was not only on sale but also I had a coupon for additional reduction in price. So I got the chair I love and paid a very reasonable price for it. I have told friends looking for such a chair about my find. Thank you

This chair lacks seat adjustment

I bought this chair to use at my computer desk. After it was assembled I found it lacked a seat adjustment that is necessary and I returned it to the store.
