A really good price for a good chair

The chair it replaces was larger and better cushioned but it was too big for my wife to fit i9n comfortably. This is better sized for her use.

Very comfortable and flexible design that works as a conference chair or workstation chair. Easy instructions for assembly. Rugged design. Adjustable in almost all dimensions.

This chair has three levers and two adjustment knobs - unclear what difference between back two levers actually changes or what adjustment knobs do differently to help fine-tune comfort and chair support. Those considerations aside I find this chair is very suited for lumbar support (I have lumbar arthritis) and find the 'three-to-five hours' rating for use to be very truthful and very comfortable for both my back and the backs of my thighs when sitting for long periods of time.

Excellent comfort

My daughter goes to college and needed a reliable ergonomic chair for her desk one that wasn't overly big. I have one just like this that I bought at Staples years ago and have found it to be the most comfortable desk chair I've ever owned. My daughter tried my chair at home and definitely wanted one like it. When she tried the floor model of this chair at the store she said it was perfect for her needs. The instructions were easy enough and for us to assemble the chair at home. My daughter has used the chair for almost a week now and loves it.

Good Basic Office Chair

Overall this is a good basic chair for home office and computer. Not sure I would want to sit in it more than a few hours. It does offer good adjustability and has a good lumbar support. It does not recline back unless you fully unlock the tilt positioning control. Also the arm rests need one more lower position as I can't quite get a 90 degree bend for my elbows. The seat cushion is med-firm not at all cushy but this is not necessarily a bad thing as long as it is not used as an 8 hour/day chair. The sale price seems about right for this chair but I would not purchase for the list price.

Good support for desk work

I only had two problems with this purchase that I did not pursue with Staples. 1. One of the handles usable but broken at the end. (super glue in place now) 2. The two arms appear to rest at slightly different angles. Since it only affects appearance and not functionality I kept the chair.
