May be better once I get the new seat cu

Controls make adjustments easy and comfortable. As for the seat it is a bit lopsided and hard. I called Staples 800 number in book and they are sending me another cushion. I hope that takes care of it. The fabric is also a little itchy. The arm rest is adjustable up and down by a push of a button sideways you need to loosen screw underneath but a good option. Saw a similar one on Staples site for about $20.00 more that more people bought. I didn't have the option as the store only had this model.

This chair is a good desk chair. I am 5'5'' and it is the perfect height for me at my desk. There are 3 ways to adjust and all work well. It was very easy to assemble - parts were labeled very well and it was not difficult to do. The only bad thing is that the seat is hard and there is no 'give'. Not a deal breaker but if you want a cushy seat this is not that. Would definitely buy again.

I am only 5' tall so back of chair is not quite low enough to fit my back perfectly but still a comfortable chair. I would recommend.

Piston sits low in the base thus minimizing the max height. Fine for shorter persons but painful for taller folk. Adjustments are plentiful. Base is plastic not metal; wonder as to its durability.

The perfect 'comfy' chair!

It glides along smoothly on various surfaces and takes turns with ease. Easy to adjust and a pleasure for my aching back. My car doesn't ride as smooth as this chair! My one issue is that it's too comfortable leading me to occasionally nod my head in sleepy comfort. I may want two of these for home to replace our ossified mattress!

We purchased this chair because it is similar to the new chairs we got where I work. Had my husband look at these at our local Staples store and we picked one we both liked. We like the higher wider back as compared to other styles. It supports our back and shoulders just as the one I have at work does. The lumbar support is nice too and arms are comfortable for us. We've been using it a couple days now and we both like it. Heavy chair not cheap or chintzy and also came with extra set of wheels.
