Some assembly required!

This is a mid-range task chair. Two of the adjustment levers don't appear to do anything. The height is easily adjustable with the third lever. It should take a typical person about an hour to assemble. You have to carefully line up and adjust some of the parts so the bolts screw in properly.

This chair was a daily special so we bought 2 of them and we both love these chairs replaced our 10+ year old chairs would highly recommend this product even at full price

The chair was very easy to assemble is quite comfortable but has only one problem. The seat base wiggles in relation to the wheels. I can not seem to get this wiggle out of the system and it feels unstable. the wiggle is not so great that I feel it necessary to return the product but the one I tried in the store did not appear to have this problem. I would love to hear if anyone can tell me how to stop the wiggle. It is annoying when you adjust your position in the chair slightly and have the entire chair move with you. Other than the wiggle it is a good chair. I still hope to find a way to fix this.

I love this chair. I wondered for a bit if it was a good choice the chair was delivered two weeks ago no instructions then realized there were no screws. I called customer service and she graciously said another would be shipped on Monday. Monday arrived a fellow came to take the first chair away and I asked where the replacement was he said I do not know anything about one. Ten minutes later he returned with this current chair which is wonderful.

Overall the chair is comfortable and suits my needs. It is a little low in the front which makes it feel like I'm tilting slightly forward.
