Very comfortable spacious! The armrests can adjust up/down and it has three seat and back adjustments - up/down seat tilt (which tilts the back at the same angle) and seat back forward/backward adjust. I couldn't find many with this many adjustments at this price point. After working from home for over a month my back and neck already feel better. If you are working over carpet I suggest also spending the money on a quality carpet chair mat that is stiff enough to avoid sinking into plush carpet. Staples has the best pricing - around $50 with tax and shipping.

So far i'm loving this chair. I love that it has a lot of versatility - I can change the height or armrests or recline very easily which helps me because I tend to want to shift around throughout the day. It's not the softest/cushiest chair but that's not what I was looking for. I wanted something that would help me have better posture at work since I kept slouching in my old chair. The BEST part? I put it together by myself in about 10-15 minutes. I found the instructions and assembly really straightforward and easy to follow.

The assembly instructions were quite clear. Took about 2 hours to assembly. Very comfortable and sturdy. The only issue thus far is the left arm rest. My arm tends to slide off. May just need some adjusting.
