Office Chair

I was looking for an office chair when I happened onto a sale of the same at my local Staples. After test-sitting several I decided on the Carder Mesh Task Chair. The only drawback to the chair is that I wish it telescoped a little taller than it does as the desk at which it is used is high. The chair has several adjustment levels in tension and tilt that make it a comfortable sit for a number of hours. The arm rests telescope which is an advantage when one gets lazy and wants to rest elbows instead of hovering them above a keyboard as you are supposed to do. The seat is well cushioned and the back is comfortable and breathable with the mess covering. I am happy with the chair and happy to have it on sale as well.
Seat is comfortable and lumbar support is adequate. The chair tilts backward including the seat which is nice. Arms are a little narrow and do not swivel. They do adjust up and down. It sure does feel much nice than a kitchen or dining room chair. Definitely worth the price — I would expect hard to beat at the price point of just over a hundred dollars.

Back mesh attachment weak

The mesh detached from the left side within 6 weeks. Until then it was a fine chair. Not recommended to those who do not exhibit good posture. Note that Staples refunded the purchase price without question.

Carder Mesh Chairs are WONDERFUL

What a deal and very comfortable! We bought 4 of them and everyone is enjoying sitting in a comfortable chair.
I ordered this chair online. The reviews were pretty good. I got a good savings so I’m extremely happy with that. It got delivered without breakage. Was easy for me to put together. I would like it if the arm rest were a tad softer. I would definitely buy it again.

Bad quality

This is not a good quality office chair. The handles are not symmetrical. After assembling one handle is tilted to the front while the other stays back. It is not comfortable and feels cheap. It is hard to put together. The instruction is ok but it is impossible to put in the last screw because it's deep inside the connector and has no space to even put in your hands. I would suggest to stay away from this chair.
I had a similar chair for many years. I especially like the seat and back tilt options that can be locked in place. One can modify the chair to retain a comfortable position. If you are using the chair on a hardwood floor I would suggest using rubber type caster wheels rather than the plastic wheels that come with the chair. They tend to scratch floors. The softer wheels are also much quieter.I like the product and would recommend it.
