Staples popping

Started falling apart. Staples that held in the mesh started popping after about a week's use. I called customer service and the rep sent a replacement so we will see if this one holds up or not.

This chair is very light and comfortable. I like the mesh back looks great in my office. It was easy to assemble as well.

Comfort rules the office

We purchased two of these chairs originally. They were such a hit that we purchased a third. They arrived when they said they would. The instructions to build were perfect. All the parts and pieces were labeled well and they went together without a hitch. The chair is comfortable economical and good looking. It has enough adjustments to personalize it for each user. All three of our users are happy with the performance of the chair.

Great Chair Service not so great!

We walked in the store to get a refill for our soda stream and walked out with a chair and a few other small items. The chair has been great got it for the wife! She loves it!!! Everything went fine till we had them assemble the chair. First it was 5 minutes then 20 minutes then another 5 mionuites we gave up and went home Told them when it is finished call. A hour or better better finally get the call. Staples you really need to learn how to judge time. All we got was excuses! Granted maybe decent ones but they should have just said we'll call when it's done! We walked the store four or five times. Till we were exhausted. Tha's the reason for taking 1 star off!!!! We've had problems in the past with Staples service so it's not really suprising.

Since I suffer from a very bad back it is great to have a chair that is so adjustible to fit my needs. Price and quality are very good.
