Arrived quickly. Not too hard to put together. Sits comfortably. The only thing that didn't work was the seat tilt. They are sending me a new part. So we will see if that one works. If so then the chair will be perfect for me.

I returned this chair after giving it 1 week to try out. Pros: easy to put together many adjustments build seems sturdy plenty of seat space. Biggest Con: the seat is not meant for hours of daily use; my butt was hurting each day and the pain would start within a couple of hours each morning and get worse as the day went on. Suggestion: for light use this chair may work well for you especially at this price point. But I wouldn't recommend for all-day use. I'm a software developer working from home since before the pandemic.

Very sturdy easy to put together. I gave 4 stars because the back of chair wiggles a little side to side cant figure how to tighten. I like the tilt back on the chair. Otherwise still a comfy chair. Ordering another for work.

I have had this chair for about a month now and the reason I bought the chair was because our previous desk chair (another brand) had gone bad because the hydraulics were no longer holding the chair seat in the up position. This Staples chair has a locking mechanism so we should not have any problem like before for years to come. It is adjustable to the point where we can find a comfortable and ergonomic position easily. I am very satisfied with this purchase. I want to add that putting it together out of the box was an easy 45-minute job. The instructions "bragged" that it would be easy and they were correct!!
