Carder Mesh Task Chair.

I've had the chair for a couple of weeks now and find it comfortable and much easier to move around than the chair I was previously using. The multiple adjustments make it fairly easy to make individual personal adjustments. I bought two of the chairs within a week or so of each other for myself and my wife and the only complaint I found on both is that the right and left arms are not exactly at the same height. Not enough difference to be really annoying but enough to be noticeable. Given that they were on sale at a reasonable price and have the multiple adjustments I think they were a good deal.

The chair is comfortable. The separate adjustable levers make it easy to find a comfortable seating position. The value in the price was great and it was on sale.

Bad Experience with Chair and Staples

I purchased this chair three months ago. The chair was confortable and I liked the adjustable features of the chair. After about six weeks two of the three adjustable paddle settings quit working. The chair wouldnt recline without making noises and was stuck in place. I know you can get a bad product once in awhile so I thought i would exchange the chair at the local Staples store. The store manager was rude and declined to exchange the chair stating that it was past one month which is their policy. I called Staples for warranty and they stated that they would not exchange the chair but send out new parts which would take eight weeks. After going back and forth with them they finally agreed to send out a new chair. The new chair appears to be okay for now.... time will tell. I have noticed over the last couple years that Staples employees and managers are rude and obviously dont want your business. This will be the last purchase from Staples... a person can only take so much.

Horrible - forced to give 1 star...

This was the second chair I purchased at Staples and had to bring back due to poor workmanship... This chair began to fall apart - literally come apart - within two days of being at home. The back was pulling out of the frame and staples were popping out onto the floor. And the extra warranty I purchased didn't cover it because it was within 60 days of my purchase.. so back to the store I schlep with the chair that I assembled and after being told that they didn't have any chairs at this same price point was forced to pay to "upgrade" the chair and the Smart Trade warranty. The manager at the store "couldn't authorize" a purchase at a lower price - or give me the warranty free even now that I am back with a second poorly made chair. Poor horrible product poor customer service.
