Very good chair. Comfortable good lumbar support highly adjustable for individual comfort. Had sat in and wanted this chair the last time I was replacing one desk char however it was not on sale and was pretty pricey. I bought this one on sale at a very good price! The wait was worth it!!

Only a week after purchasing the pneumatic height adjustment seems to be broken. They are sending an replacement part at no cost but it's still unclear to me exactly what the problem was.

The chair is comfortable supportive and easy to assemble. The only thing that others me is the back part isn’t completely stable (it wobbles a little). When I’m sitting in it no problem. Just notice the wobble if I touch it while standing.
