Design great; use poor

The design of the chair is great. I've had it a little over a year and have used it less than a year. The chair slips down and will not remained locked when it full up position. I liked all the various features of the chair but the slipping was bothersome. Staples poor customer service and return "policy" did not allow me to exchange it for a replacement because it was beyond 14 days. The cost of the chair should not have such poor quality in less than a year's time. Slippage while sitting on it should not be an issue on a quality chair. And Staples should honor some sort of return procedure.

Started falling apart the first use

I bought this chair because it was adjustable in several different ways has good lumbar support and was on sale. The first day I assembled it sat down and leaned back I felt the mesh on the back start to give. It was held to the frame with hidden staples! I haven't had time to take it back and now about 7" of the back mesh is unattached to the frame of the chair. I know I can return it but then I have to assemble a new one all over again. I have Fair Trade on it which I believe will give me back my purchase price and then I have to hope I can buy it on sale again or I have to pay more to get the same chair. I really like everything else about it but not the way the back mesh is coming apart.

Perfect Desk Chair

After many many desk chairs have come and gone from my home office I despaired of finding one that would be comfortable and sturdy enough to last (without being huge.) This is that chair. There are several different ways to adjust the comfort and support - height tilt arms back etc. They all work and do what they claim they will do. Supremely comfortable I am so happy to get up from my desk without back pain. Not only that but I have been able to space out my chiropractor visits based on the reduced back stress from sitting at my desk. Awesome. Highly recommend this chair.

Staples Carder Mesh Task Chair

When I called to see if our local Store carried this chair. I was told by a very nice man that it was carried by our local store. I asked his advice about what chair would be best for me. He said go to the store and try all the chairs out and decided then. I did and so far I really like this item I chose. It is comfortable. I sit in my chair 3 to 5 hours a day. This chair has really made a difference for me because I don't feel as tired after that length of time. I would recommend this chair to anyone.

Controls make adjustments easy and comfortable. As for the seat it is a bit lopsided and hard. I called Staples 800 number in book and they are sending me another cushion. I hope that takes care of it. The fabric is also a little itchy. The arm rest is adjustable up and down by a push of a button sideways you need to loosen screw underneath but a good option. Saw a similar one on Staples site for about $20.00 more that more people bought. I didn't have the option as the store only had this model.

Mesh task Chair for my teen

My son needed a new chair for his computer desk. One that could handle him flopping down on it. Boys are not graceful when it comes to sitting in any chairs. So far the chair is holding up nicely.

Very comfortable and Egonomic Chair

I love the chair from the time I tried all the levers at Staples. Assembly was a breeze. The mesh is so comfortable in this hot weather. This is one of the best adjustable and ergonomic chairs I had to support my back. Lumber support is great and relaxing. Comes with 5 year warranty.
