I like the chair. My problem was I had to pack it back up because I noticed a dent in the arm rest. I brought it back to the store and they set a replacement to my home which also had a dent (a little smaller) in it! I could not go through the process of bringing it back agsin! I probably would not get another piece of furniture I that I need to take every piece out to inspect and ending up repacking to bring back to the store for who knows how many times. I like the store but I will not be in a hurry to be at the mercy of the shippers.

Assembly instructions were very clear and putting chair together was a snap. The triple-lever adjustments make the chair very comfortable. Because of my desk's configuration I left the arm rests off.

Great Home Office Chair

The chair arrived quickly and in good condition. The instructions are all pictures but easy to follow and the bolts are all packaged separately in well marked containers that match the instructions. The chair carriage and control unit are heavily built and work perfectly. An allen wrench is supplied but a ratchet driver with hex fitting makes assembly easier and faster. Although the cair can accommodate larger bodies it is perfect for my midsize frame. Great chair!

The chair is comfortable especially if you will be sitting in it for a long period of time. Easy to assemble. The adjustable back and arm rests are key. Does not swivel easily but when you need it to it does with minimal effort. Mesh seat lining and back are good during different temperature environment. (Have only used indoor but we have had some hot days and cold ones and never felt uncomfortable)

Easy to assemble…comfortable… like the mesh back to keep cool. If you tend to lean forward in a chair you will not get the lumbar support—-it works best when you’re leaning back.it would be better for meetings than desk work.
