Most of the reviews on the website had me looking forward to this chair. Sadly it did not meet the expectations set by other reviewers. I'm 5'10" 250lbs so a big guy who can spend lots of time on the chair for work. (I try to stand most of the day and only use the chair when needed.) What I find is the base of the chair is far too hard. Your posterior will hurt after 45 mins. The chair also needs to be tightened a few times after being put together - but still has a few wobbles. Lastly the back won't stay 'up' after about 1 hour. You have about 2" of up/down movement in the backrest to align it with your lumbar - but after an hour it fell and will no longer hold itself up. And staples return effort is far too tedious for me to try and get this thing back to them. Ah well I'm sure I'll be shopping for a new chair in a month. :(

Chair is of good quality and should last years in an office for sure. I am fairly tall and wish the chair was able to go up a bit further (2-3 inches). After talking with the support team the height is maxed out. No other complaints!

Its been 2 months and i can feel the hard surface below the cushion if i sit for 3 hours continuously. Looking at the images i thought it has a good cushion but its dosen't. So if you are looking for a soft cushioned long hour sitting chair this is not your go to chair. I have selected it as it comes under my budget. Its a economy chair for sure cant deny that...but dont think it will last long...
