Delivered timely. Easy to assemble. Caution--when lifting the chair the bottom part fell off. Nasty scrape. Needs a way to be locked in place.

This is the second one I've bought - needed one at the office. Very comfortable and EVERYTHING on it adjusts except for the seat sliding out or in. And has lumbar support that's adjustable via the back that adjusts up and down.
