Purchased last week. Looks nice and modern easily assembled seems sturdy there is enough seat padding and provides back support where needed. Did not install the arm rests because they would interfere with an under-desk-mounted keyboard tray. All the bits and pieces were individually packaged and marked by Step # which was nice. Assembly instructions were clear up to a point: in Step 5 the seat back must be installed before the retaining plug (plastic insert) is installed. The Adjustment Instructions make no mention of how to adjust the height of the seat back for correct lumbar support. It’s the round knob on the seat back and it’s a little tricky. Did not give 5 stars because it’s a new purchase and the ambiguity of the some of the instructions.

I bought this chair for it's comfort design and price. I have had this chair for a week now and my husband and I really enjoy using it. We love the adjustable features...the seat height adjustment the lumbar adjustable tilt tension fixed lumbar center tilt and the padded adjustable curved armrests. The mesh back lumbar support and the seat padding makes this chair very comfortable. The chair is easy to maneuver. Assembling the chair took half an hour due to the easy to follow instructions. We would buy this chair again and recommend this to our family and friends.

This chair worked great for the first year then after not using the adjustments they stopped working. Always buy the 7 year warranty for this chair or for any chair.

This is our second chair. They are well designed with nice back support. The hydraulic of the first chair is finally breaking up as it doesn’t stay up most of the time. It is about 6 years old! I hope this new one will last.
