Seriously I had a client coming to my office and I had 15 minutes to spare to put this chair together. The client showed up 6 minutes early and I was DONE and ready for them! Very comfortable and functional office chair. I'm loving it.

Most comfortable office chair that I have owned. It has plenty of adjustment for comfort and the are very accessible. The quality is very good on my opinion. The mesh is comfort along with not being hot.

Very comfortable. Backrest not adjustable while in the chair--requires guessing. Price on sale was great for the number of features. We're less than 150#. Might not be as great for heavier individual. But one should try any office chair before purchasing if possible.

This chair is a Christmas gift for my daughter. I am angry that my card was charged billed to my name and the delivery email was sent to her. The surprise is null and void. She has a UPS account and we live at the same address but I should have received the delivery notice?

bought this chair on 11/5/14 with-in 3 weeks the back mesh began to come un-stapled and lose its grip on the frame. The adjustment to hold the back up will not hold and the lumbar adjustment never worked from day one. Because I live 50 miles from the Staples in Tupelo MS it was 5 weeks before I could get back. The manager told me I would need to contact the manufacture I told him thank you very much and left. I've been in business several years and that's not how you keep clients. Staples just lost a multi-thousand dollar client!!!!!!!!
