The chair is comfortable however the mesh fibers on the seat back started failing after about a year of use. Pretty soon the chair will be unusable.

hard to assemble with the color paint on some screws. Control to raise the seat does not work as well as I hoped.

The chair that came with the right hex wrench was easy to assemble. It has the adjustment we wanted. Just wish the seat could be slightly deeper so and be able to recline back a bit more.

This chair reminds me of other consumer products where they're manufactured on the same assembly line as the name brand items. It is inexpensively priced but the feel and quality resembles that of name brand office chairs.

I have one of these in the office and it is so comfortable for all family members. When I needed a chair for another desk I looked at many others but in the end bought another one of these for the abvility to adjust it exactly the way you want it to be.
