Black Friday paid off at Staples. The chair has surpassed my expectations. The reason I only gave it four stars was from a cushioning perspective. There are definitely chairs out there that provide more cushion and comfort but this chair provides a multitude of adjustable angles to fit your torsos needs and that balances out the need for extra cushion. In addition the construction of the chair is solid and is sure to last for many years to come. I would highly recommend this if you’re looking for a midpriced chair

Brenda was excellent! She helped us find the chairs we wanted in minutes. She got one of them down off the high shelf and I found out later that they are heavy. She ordered the second chair online. She loaded the chair on the dolly and brought it to the cash register and then out to our car for us. What more could you ask for in service. The second chair arrived two days later as promised. I put the chairs together in minutes. The directions were easy to follow because there were no words just pictures. The screws were packages separately by steps. Perfect! Very good experience!
