Incredibly Shrinking Chair
on March 25, 2021

As I type I am sinking lower and lower and lower. The mechanism that regulates the up and down movement (kind of a hydraulic cylinder) failed after about 8 months of use and it's a ride down. It lowers about a centimeter at a time so it's like the click click of a roller coaster but going down instead. It's the most frustrating thing ever. I can't stand this chair.

It is very comfortable. The last one I had was quite durable along with the comfort and back support. This one is the same
