I was amazed and pleased with the quick delivery and the quality of the chair. The assembly directions however did not satisfy. I have assembled many products and I found these directions to lack words. The pictures were clear but there were no words to supplement the picture. However I love the chair.

I was looking for a chair that had a longer seat than normal task chairs because I have leg circulation problems & the shorter seats don't support my entire thighs. This chair fit the bill & I also did not want arms on the chair. That was an option on this model and I love it. Easy to adjust and comfortable to sit in.

I have had this chair for only a couple of weeks so can't speak for durability. But it is very easy to assemble as it comes with color coded and clearly labeled parts and instructions.
