Unbelievable packaging one of the 3 chairs ordered was thrown in pieces loosely into a box with no protective packing around them. We are inspecting and may have to return it. Deplorable!
After five years my favorite chair's pneumatic lift went out. I chose this chair based on online reviews. The chair height is nice as is the ability to tilt and set. But (1) the seat is so hard I can't imagine spending eight hours in it; (2) the back is not adjustable up/down so the ergonomic curve hits me in the wrong place which hurts; (3) the arms are too high (even in the lowest position) to allow for proper positioning of my arms for typing (I'm a transcriber). On the plus side I was able to put the chair together myself without any issues--but be aware that it's very very heavy. I'll have to lift this giant chair into the car and return it to the store. Next time I'll be smarter and go to the store and try out the chairs before choosing.
This is the second office chair I have purchased at Staples that the piston has leaked. It will not stay at the height it's set at and within just a few minutes loweres to the lowest setting. Very poor design/materials.
The chair has all the bells and whistles of a much more expensive chair. I am very short and with all the seats and back adjustments I was able to get a excellant fit. I choose to assemble the chair my self easy to follow instructions. Total time to assemble was less than one half hour. In addition the sales rep was very helpful he really understood the various staples products to guide me to a good buying decision. The sales rep even offer to carrythe chair to my car. Another great staples buying experience.
Well good fit it's money... But I didn't like two things 1) the lumber support isn't very accurately located 2) seat is a bit slippery of you try to sit back/ push back
