So Far so good. The only thing is I must see if the screws are in tight. Other than that I like the chair for my business. Like the chair adjustments......And the lumbar adjustment for the back. The Mesh on back of chair is good to keep cool on hot summer days. Recommend for anyone having a Home based business. A keeper.

Great support. Many configurations with the adjustment levers. Don't have to attach the adjustable arms. Great for the on sale price.

I originaly bought s chair from office depot. NEVER AGAIN. It took forever to get here and came open with a piece missing. Trying to deal with them is exhausting. I tried Staples and they have earned all my future business. This chair is much nicer than I thought. It adjusts just about any way you want. And at the savings half off WHAT A DEAL! It even came free delivery in two days.

If you have a sedentary job this is the chair for you! Basically every aspect of this chair can be adjusted in one way or another. It has helped to support my lumbar so much that now my normally very achy shoulders are starting to feel better! So glad I found this chair on sale great price and great chair!

The chair went together with no problem except for the five coasters with the wheels are missing. If you send these my rating would go to a four or five.

This chair has a very nice lumbar curve that truly pushes into my lower back and provides support. My lower back pain decreased after only a day of using the new chair.
