I thought I did my research to find a good chair and yet we could never get the back support tightened. It’s super loose and we can not tighten it. So much so that it doesn’t offer much back support.

excellent chair for the money

This chair is the best investment I have made for my computer center hands down. Being a full time student and an accountant a great many hours are spent in this chair. I no longer find myself using pillows and pads to relieve the pressure on my spine and give lumbar support. I like the adjustable arm rests it is easy to put them up and down. The assembly was super easy and fully illustrated and the only tool necessary was included. The mesh back helps keep air circulating so I don't get all sticky like with my previous leather chair.
