The high points are the comfort of the chair and very good lumbar support (I seat in this chair for work about 12 hours a day) and the price. The low point for me is the range of height adjustment (I wish it adjusted 1-2" higher from max height).

This chair was once my favorite but after my last purchase of it in April 2023 I see that the chair is now made with less attention to quality and comfort. The chair seat seems smaller length wise and therefore less of the thigh is on the seat. Additionally after 4 months the armrest has already cracked at a seam and thus made the armrest uncomfortable forces me to find a new chair. I have used this chair model for years and never had these issues prviously. It is obvious that this chair is not what it once was and I will no longer purchase it. I regret not getting the option protection plan since these chairs are not going to last three years without some sort of armrest cracking issue. You can view the armrest tear in the attached image.

It works well. Having the quick adjustments on the chair helps it serve two different sized people. Glad we got it on sale too.

Great chair. But the instruction number 5 rubber bumper should be number 2 or 3. Its too late at step 5.
