We purchased 4 of these chairs for our office and so far we love them. The seats are comfortable yet firm and we like the numerous adjustments.

This is a great deal on a chair that gives you the foundation ergonomics needed to sit at an office all day. The only complaint is that the back arm is a little wobbly but you don't notice it when you sit in the chair.
