You have to read the instructions very carefully and put the chair together firmly. Don’t leave any nut and bolt loose. Don’t use other tools except those which are provided with the chair. Bolt every nut firmly. Once put together firmly I believe this is one of best chairs you will enjoy sitting in for hours.

After a few months of daily use the chair height began to fall. Staples is sending a replacement unit but doubtful that will help. Found out this chair is only rated for 5 hours of use and this was made clear in product description. I do not see that. At any rate such a limited time of use should be called out clearly. I'm unable to return the cahir

It's a good solid very adjustable chair

That is why I bought it as you can adjust it everywhere. The problem is I have arthritis from the top of my neck down to my tail bone. I was sincerely hoping this would be the chair that would be comfortable enough but unfortunately it was not. I had to return it. That being said This chair is amazing for a person without my ailments as you can adjust the arm height the height of the chair itself the angle of the chair and the lumbar support. It is extremely well made as well--just not for my needs
