The chair came with all the parts nothing was missing or broken. It was very easy to put together 20 minutes tops and that is me really taking my time. I had my younger sons help otherwise it would have been quicker. Has 3 components for seat height tilt and angle of seat. If this had a mesh seat then I would give a 5. Great chair for the money.

Back is a hard plastic mesh not a soft fabric. Arms are really wobbly too. Doesn't roll all that well on carpet but that is not very surprising. Still pretty comfortable though.
