This was worth what I paid for it. I am 5' and need a short chair so my feet stay on the ground. This works great! I left the arms off (my preference) and it was really easy and quick to put together (maybe took 10 mins). It is comfortable to sit on for long periods of time so far I have spent 3-4 hours of straight sitting without issue. A couple of negatives: 1. The adjustment for the back tilt. I don't weight a lot so it is hard to keep pressure on the back to adjust it. Also if you want a lot of support back support you sit further up in the chair due to the curve in the back which will push your legs off the chair. 2. There is no information on the lumbar support adjustment and I can't feel a difference when I change it so I have no idea how it changes or how to set it to ensure I have enough support.

Easy to assemble Directions were easy to follow easily adjustable fairly comfortable the only thing I would change is to have the seat have better padding.
I hope that whoever designed the assembly system got a raise for it. The provided allen wrench fit for everything and the screws for each step were in separate labeled compartments of a bag so there was no guessing as to which ones were needed where. Everything went together easily and securely and I didn't swear once.
The chair is very comfortable it has a couple different adjustments just 2 different levers One adjusts your back from sitting further back and closer upfront and the other lever adjust being seated higher or lower . I would definitely recommend the chair .
I never tried this chair out at the store it was a blind buy online. I set the chair up and sat in it for online school. It was so uncomfortable and the mesh where your bottom goes is really abrasive. If you have shaved legs it will really make your legs red and raw if you sit and move around for long periods of time. Also I’m not sure if it was an assembly issue or manufacturing but the seat is slightly sloping downward so you need to use your leg muscles to keep yourself upright.
These chairs are used by techs that work 4x10 schedules so they are sitting in them for long periods of time they are very comfortable and I will continue to buy them especially at the sale price!
